We’re looking for a motivated Sales Representative We’re looking for a
motivated Sales Representative
who can build relationships, generate new business, and help more property owners get back to normal after disaster strikes.
What You’ll Do
Build and maintain relationships with
insurance agents, plumbers, property managers, and contractors
Generate and follow up on
leads for water, mold, and fire restoration
Conduct
site visits
and build trust with homeowners and commercial clients
Manage customer relationships through the
inspection-to-job-close process
Represent the company at
local networking and industry events
Meet or exceed monthly
sales and revenue goals
What We’re Looking For
Proven success in
outside sales, B2B, or restoration industry
Knowledge of
insurance restoration, water mitigation, or construction
(preferred)
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented
Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Sales experience in
water/fire restoration ,
HVAC ,

Comfortable networking with
insurance agents ,
