Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance (base pay plus commission), business-to-business, outside sales role. Your focus will be on growing existing customers and acquiring new ones by promoting our entire line of products and services. This Is The Right Opportunity For You If You
Have a passion for 'the hunt' and winning customers Enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships Believe in and promote our full product line Understand basic selling concepts A Day In The Life
Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers Collaborate with store managers to develop sales plans Identify customer needs and align solutions Work with manufacturer reps to enhance program offerings Engage with customers through NAPA's eSales programs Conduct seminars and presentations on NAPA products Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues What You'll Need
Experience in retail or outside sales 2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment Basic selling skills Ability to present in group settings Valid driver's license with minimal violations And If You Have This, Even Better
Bachelor's Degree Automotive Industry background Why NAPA?
