The Role
Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for new business, closing deals, and maintaining relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission), focusing on business-to-business outside sales by growing existing accounts and acquiring new customers through promoting our entire product and service line.

Understand basic selling concepts
A Day In The Life
Drive growth in NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
Collaborate with Store Managers to develop sales plans
Identify customer needs and align solutions with NAPA's offerings
Work with manufacturer reps to enhance program offerings and customer knowledge
Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs
Conduct seminars, clinics, and presentations on NAPA products and services
Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues effectively
What You'll Need
Experience in retail or outside sales
2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment
Basic selling skills and ability to manage customer interactions
Group presentation skills
Valid driver's license with minimal violations
And If You Have This, Even Better
Bachelor's Degree
Automotive industry background
