If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission). This outside sales position involves growing existing accounts and creating new ones by promoting our full line of products and services.

A Day In The Life

Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits

Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers

Collaborate with store managers to develop sales plans

Identify customer needs and align solutions

Work with manufacturer reps to improve offerings

Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs

Conduct seminars and presentations on NAPA products

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues

What You'll Need

Experience in retail or outside sales

2+ years in a customer-focused, quota-driven role

Basic selling skills and ability to present in groups

Valid driver license with minimal violations

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree

Background in Automotive Industry
