The Role Are you passionate about finding and winning new customers? Do you thrive off of "the hunt" for finding new business, closing deals, and maintaining these relationships after the sale? If so, our NAPA sales team would love to hear from you! We are seeking a self-motivated Customer Sales Representative to succeed in a pay-for-performance role (base pay plus commission), engaging in business-to-business outside sales by growing current customers and attracting new ones through promoting our full product and service line.

Enjoy building and maintaining customer relationships
Believe in and enjoy promoting a comprehensive product line
Understand basic selling concepts and enjoy engaging with customers
A Day In The Life
Drive growth of NAPA Auto Parts stores, customer base, sales, and profits
Promote NAPA products and programs to wholesale customers
Collaborate with Store Managers to develop sales plans and manage leads locally
Identify customer needs and align solutions accordingly
Work with manufacturer reps to enhance offerings and customer knowledge
Engage customers through NAPA's eSales programs
Conduct seminars, clinics, and presentations on products and services
Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and inquiries effectively
What You'll Need
Experience in retail or outside sales
At least 2 years in a customer-focused, quota-driven environment
Knowledge of basic sales techniques
Ability to present in group settings
Valid driver’s license with minimal violations
And If You Have This, Even Better
Bachelor’s Degree
Background in Automotive Industry
