Lead and coach the Account Executive team in building client relationships and closing new deals Hire and develop Account Executives across various business segments Establish quotas, forecast revenue, and monitor team performance Collaborate with Customer Success leadership to ensure alignment with business strategies Analyze market trends to identify new growth opportunities Qualifications
5+ years of technology sales experience selling SaaS products to enterprise customers 3+ years managing complex deal cycles ($100,000+ contracts) and a high-performing sales team Experience with modern sales platforms (Hubspot, Outreach, Gong, etc.) Proven track record of being a top performer and developing high-performing teams BA/BS Degree in a related field (Business, Entrepreneurship, Sales/Marketing, or Computer Science preferred) Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with the DevOps ecosystem and technical concepts Experience selling technology to technologists (Dev Teams, CTOs, etc.) Strong problem-solving abilities and resilience in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent Experience collaborating with executive stakeholders at large organizations #TechnologySales #DevOps #CareerOpportunity #RemoteWork #PerformanceBonus
