Job Details Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Arizona. Applicants must reside within this specified location to be considered for this role.
As an Inbound Sales Representative you will be handling inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with potential and existing policyholders on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert sales leads into policyholders.
What You'll Be Doing
Use your sales expertise to turn prospects into happy, confident Liberty Mutual policyholders.
Represent the Liberty brand, sell passionately, and connect customers to the right products for their individual needs.
Adapt well to different environments and schedules, acting as a reliable teammate.
Maintain integrity and customer‑centric focus throughout the sales process.
Position Details
From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment.
All Inbound Sales Representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty Insurance license; if you do not have one, paid training includes licensing.
Training extends over a period of 16 weeks for licensed hires and 18 weeks for unlicensed hires.
Comprehensive medical benefits from Day 1.
No cold calls – all incoming warm leads.
Opportunities for rewards and recognition.
Must be available to work a schedule of 4 weekdays and 1 weekend day with a mid‑morning start time (e.g., 11am‑8pm CST). This schedule is expected for a minimum of 12 months before consideration for another shift.
All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace/room with a dedicated desk and wired high‑speed internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Liberty Mutual does not support satellite and mobile internet service.
Qualifications
2‑3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years of sales/service‑related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills needed to close sales.
Ability to communicate well to both prospects and customers.
Excellent analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property and Casualty License required after hire.
