What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Drive profitable growth in the US and Canadian markets to exceed sales targets

Develop and implement a sales strategy aligned with global goals for long‑term success

Educate sales teams and distributor partners on product offerings and sales techniques

Conduct joint visits with sales representatives to enhance end‑user engagement

Identify key end‑users and facilitate customer interviews for product development feedback

What is Required (Qualifications)

Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related field and/or 5 years of relevant sales experience

High level of integrity in representing the employer

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong understanding of sales enablement tools, including Salesforce

Willingness to travel 60% of the time

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience leveraging channel partners in the safety or industrial markets

Background in driving end‑user specifications in mining, oil & gas, or aerospace sectors

Previous experience selling safety products, particularly from the employer's offerings

Fluency in Spanish
