Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager at Virginia Glass & Mirror Company. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the company's sales activities within a specific region. They will set sales targets, analyze data to drive sales growth, and maintain strong customer relationships. Qualifications Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills Experience in the glass industry or related field Ability to analyze sales data and trends Excellent communication and presentation skills Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience as a Regional Sales Manager is a plus Seniority level
