Summary
The Regional Sales Manager ("RSM") is responsible for building relationships and identifying growth opportunities within our existing customer base and generating new business opportunities in targeted markets. The RSM will work closely with the National Sales Manager to identify and prioritize areas of opportunity in the business segment. Responsibilities
Develop and nurture strong relationships within the current dealership customer base with a keen focus on servicing their business needs and driving production. Develop relationships at all levels and disciplines within dealerships, creating partnerships, not just transactions. Identify, prioritize and drive new business opportunities. Present engaging and persuasive sales presentations to prospective dealers and manage the sales cycle end to end. Train the Sales, F&I, Detail, Service and Accounting team members of dealerships on MetroTech’s product offerings in the areas of application, sales, and contract administration. Lead, communicate, and execute launch activities for new accounts. Requires extensive travel in territory, including overnights. Qualifications
Polite, energetic and professional communication skills. Understanding of retail automotive operations. Experience with sales and account development in the retail automotive industry. Solid understanding and ability to communicate MetroTech Automotive’s product offerings, programs and labor services. Skilled in managing objections and negotiating effectively. Self-directed, schedule planning/execution; strong time management skills. Unwavering attention to detail, ensuring quality and precision in all tasks. Experience working with product administrator or insurance company within the automotive industry is desirable. Degree preferred. Seniority level
