Location: Baltimore, MD; Richmond, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Washington, DC. Base pay range: $80,800 – $121,200 per year. Annual incentive target: $115,000 variable compensation. Achieve business objectives within the assigned territory, including penetration of accounts with product, solution, or service offerings. Identify opportunities, develop proposals, prepare sales quotations, and demonstrate equipment capabilities to customers. Develop and execute strategic account plans to reach assigned business goals and budgets. Build and maintain long‑term relationships with key management within customer organizations, acting as a trusted advisor and consultant. Communicate current market intelligence to decision makers within each account. Assist management in devising sales plans and strategies; develop forecasts, budgets, and operational plans for product sales channels. Lead territory team reviews and update the account plan in response to changing markets, customer conditions, and competitive activity. Identify areas for market expansion for the assigned portfolio and territory. Required Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
B.S./B.A. in a related discipline or equivalent combination of education and experience. 1–3+ years of capital equipment sales experience to hospitals or imaging centers (Angiography) or equivalent clinical/technical experience. Proven success in carrying large quotas and working with long sales cycles. Experience with sales quotas and forecasting. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to travel approximately 75% of the time. Clean driving record. Preferred Knowledge, Skills, Education, and Experience
Specific experience selling diagnostic imaging equipment (Angiography). 5+ years in a sales role within the healthcare field. Professional sales training in SPIN Selling, Strategic Selling, Miller‑Heiman, or similar. Who We Are
