Responsibilities
Create, own, and execute the business plan for the assigned territory
Establish direct contacts and relationships with all customers and prospects in the territory
Develop existing accounts and increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling
Complete weekly activity reporting in line with the employer’s forecasting cadence
Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies
Qualifications
2-5 years of consultative sales experience in integrated telematics or video systems within the heavy-duty transportation sector
Understanding of internet and wireless communication systems and topologies
Ability to explain technical solutions to non-technical buyers
Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Suite
Excellent oral and written communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
Proven track record of developing effective strategies and winning new business
Experience in researching, writing, and delivering marketing proposals and presentations
Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial setting with quick decision-making
Hard-driving attitude balanced with flexibility and adaptability
Valid driver’s license and passport for travel within the defined US territory
