As an Account Executive, you'll build your book by developing relationships with business owners and HR leaders. You'll conduct discovery meetings to understand their business, present solutions with manager support to earn their business, and build partnerships that generate renewable income. Our enrollment and administrative support team handles implementation, freeing you to focus on client relationships with manager guidance. Insurance experience not required. We welcome B2B sales professionals and provide development, including licensing support and prospecting systems. Commission-based compensation with first-year incentives, performance bonuses, and renewal income.
Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify
companies with 10-30 employees through phone outreach, business visits, and referral networks
Conduct discovery meetings
with decision-makers to understand their business and identify opportunities to strengthen their benefits offering
Present solutions and earn their business
with manager guidance and support throughout the sales process
Build and maintain
long‑term partnerships through exceptional service, with enrollment and administrative support handling implementation
Build sustainable book of business
targeting 100+ client relationships over first two years, reducing prospecting needs as renewal base grows
Focus on relationship management and retention
with enrollment and administrative support, handling implementation details
Qualifications
2-4 years professional sales experience selling to businesses
with ability to prospect, build relationships, and close business. We welcome corporate sales, account management, financial services, commercial real estate, and other B2B backgrounds.
