Pay Details
Starting base salary is $45K with opportunity for growth.
Average earnings range from $55k – $75k through base salary and commission.
Top performing agents in their second year and onwards can earn up to $85k+.
Location Requirement Our Sales Representative, Inbound Remote position is available for candidates based in the state of Texas. Applicants must reside within this location to be considered for this role.
Job Details As an Inside Sales Agent, you will handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs and matching the correct coverages, products, and benefits to convert leads into policyholders.

Position Details From day one you will begin paid training in a remote work environment. All representatives need to hold a Property & Casualty license. If you don’t have one, paid training includes licensing. The training extends over 16 weeks (licensed) or 18 weeks (unlicensed). All computer equipment is provided. You must maintain a professional workspace with wired high‑speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps download, 20 Mbps upload). Schedule: 4 weekdays + 1 weekend day, mid‑morning start (example 11 am‑8 pm CST) for at least 12 months before shift change.
Qualifications
2–3 years sales experience preferred; 2 years sales/service-related work experience required.
Strong, engaging interpersonal and persuasion skills.
Excellent communication skills with prospects and customers.
Analytical, decision‑making and organizational skills.
Strong typing capabilities and PC proficiency.
Property & Casualty license ( training will be provided
if not held).
