As a

B2B Account Manager

at Mondo, you will play a pivotal role in

business development ,

client relationship management , and

revenue growth . This sales-focused position offers the opportunity to

build and expand a book of business

in the staffing industry: New Business Development & Client Retention : Proactively identify new B2B clients through

cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach , and referrals. Maintain and grow existing client relationships to drive long-term success. Client Engagement : Consult with prospective and current clients to understand their

staffing needs

and deliver customized solutions in the

tech, IT, and creative sectors . Sales Strategy & Execution : Meet and exceed

weekly and monthly sales goals , focusing on

high-value opportunities

and consistently expanding your

client portfolio . Team Collaboration : Share insights and strategies in team meetings while working closely with recruiters to deliver top-tier talent to your clients. This role demands
