Job Responsibilities
Deliver engaging sales presentations using screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners.
Build and maintain relationships with clients by soliciting referrals and following up on leads.
Answer owner inquiries about properties and amenities, ensuring a personalized experience.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.
Complete all required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED.
Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License as mandated by law.
Proficiency in English and computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
Ability to work remotely and maintain a private office space for work.
Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
Preferred Qualifications
Over two years of face‑to‑face timeshare sales experience.
Experience with virtual sales methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer‑centric approach.
