What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Prospect, generate, and qualify new B2B leads through various outreach methods
Develop and manage a sales pipeline by identifying potential group, corporate, and institutional customers
Drive prospects through the full sales cycle, from discovery and needs assessment to negotiation and close
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted outreach campaigns that attract new business clients
Leverage CRM tools to track leads and optimize the sales funnel
What is Required (Qualifications):
Proven experience in B2B lead generation and sales
Strong ability to develop and manage a sales pipeline
Experience driving prospects through the full sales cycle
Proficient in using CRM tools for lead tracking and sales management
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

Experience in the outdoor retail or e-commerce industry
