We need passionate and talented people to make this happen! Role Overview The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor focuses on creating a memorable shopping experience. You'll assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training—you bring passion and personality. Responsibilities Build relationships and inspire loyalty. Recommend additional and complementary products. Inform customers of current promotions and events. Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotions. Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program. Complete transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues. Demonstrate Sally Beauty Culture Values. Work flexible schedules to meet business needs. Follow directions and perform duties as assigned. Additional Information Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally using ladders. May be exposed to fumes and odors.
