We are seeking a bilingual Onsite Property Manager to oversee the daily operations of a manufactured home community. This role is ideal for a seasoned property management professional who thrives in a resident-focused environment and enjoys leading a team to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities
Manage rent collection, lease administration, maintenance coordination, and legal compliance Ensure office readiness, community curb appeal, and adherence to safety protocols Hire, train, and supervise on-site staff; conduct performance reviews and provide feedback Conduct regular home inspections and enforce community standards Oversee budgeting, expense control, and financial reporting Coordinate evictions and utility cut-offs in partnership with legal support Utilize Yardi Voyager for property management and ADP for payroll Support resident engagement through events, newsletters, and open houses Address resident concerns professionally and promptly Stay informed on industry trends and best practices Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor\'s degree preferred 4-5 years of on-site property management experience, including supervisory duties Experience with property management software (Yardi Voyager preferred) CapEx experience is required Bilingual in English and Spanish Residential or manufactured home community experience preferred Valid driver\'s license and clean driving record required Benefits
