Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) - Senior Manager – Tech Consulting EY is looking for an experienced Senior Manager to lead the delivery of Enterprise Performance Management solutions for our clients. The role focuses on designing and implementing forecasting, planning, budgeting and analytics systems, while building strong client relationships and guiding execution across projects.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of technical solutions, ensuring quality and managing operational risks.

Engage actively in delivery leadership, project management, and client interactions across all project phases.

Travel frequently to meet client needs and project requirements.

Solve complex problems using proven methods and evaluative criteria.

Influence policy and procedural changes with potential broad business impact.

Provide direction and feedback to teams, contributing to performance evaluations and the hiring process.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree; a Master’s degree is preferred.

Minimum of seven years’ experience providing complex consultative services in EPM, master data management, planning, budgeting, forecasting or BI reporting.

Strong knowledge of a component of the modern EPM solutions landscape (e.g. Anaplan, Oracle Consolidations, Oracle Planning, OneStream, Tagetik). Ability to evaluate emerging concepts and practices for EPM.

Proven track record of understanding business challenges and translating them into value‑add solutions, with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

Backgrounds that align with this role include: Financial analyst / FP&A support

Systems administrator for EPM solutions

Long‑range, strategic, and capital planner

Implementation consultant

Cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data architecture professional

Relationship management, commercial awareness, and communication expertise

A willingness and ability to travel as required.

Nice to Have

Degree emphasis in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, Computer Science, MIS, or IT.

Strong ability to adapt to changing technology landscapes and stay ahead of industry trends.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to foster team collaboration and client trust.

Proactive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.

Experience leading diverse teams in dynamic environments.

Benefits

Competitive base salary range: $151,500 – $346,000 (U.S. locations) with higher ranges for New York, Washington and California.
