What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Drive sales of IT management solutions through strategic initiatives and targeted marketing
Identify, develop, and close business opportunities by following a structured sales process
Develop and implement targeted account plans in collaboration with account and regional managers
Coordinate effectively with pre-sales, contracts, and post-sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Conduct 15–20 customer meetings per week to maintain engagement and build strong client relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
5+ years of successful experience selling complex software solutions or IT-related products
Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
Experience with Data Governance, AI Readiness, and Database Management product lines is preferred
Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in enterprise software sales, particularly within the IT management space
Familiarity with current trends in data governance and AI technologies
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
Demonstrated history of exceeding sales quotas and targets
Knowledge of the competitive landscape in IT management solutions
