We’re looking for an experienced
Enterprise Account Executive
to help expand our client’s business in the
German Public Sector and Defence market , with a particular focus on
BWI GmbH , the IT service provider for the German Armed Forces. You’ll support government and defence organisations in adopting secure, data-driven technologies that improve efficiency, cyber resilience, and digital sovereignty.
Your Mission
Build and maintain relationships with
federal and defence customers , especially
BWI GmbH
and key partners.
Take responsibility for the entire sales process – from pipeline development to contract completion – using a
consultative, solutions-oriented approach .
Position modern
security, observability, and analytics
solutions that support national sovereignty and resilience goals.
Work closely with technical and consulting teams to shape and deliver customer projects and proof-of-value engagements.
Drive
customer adoption and long-term success
by ensuring measurable business impact.
Your Profile
Proven success in
enterprise SaaS, cybersecurity, or data platform sales , ideally within the
public sector or defence environment .
Experience working with
BWI, the Bundeswehr , or comparable government organisations.
Strong skills in
consultative, services-led selling
and managing
complex public procurement processes .
Fluent in
German and English .
Adaptable, pragmatic, and confident working in a
dynamic, growth-oriented technology environment .
