Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM — 4:30 PM
Assignment Type:
Temp to Hire
Primary Responsibilities
Process payer enrollment, facility credentialing, hospital credentialing, and re-credentialing applications for physicians and advanced practice professionals
Manage
Out-of-State Medicaid (OOS)
enrollment for facilities and providers, including OOS Medicaid HMO plans
Review credentialing and enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
Prepare and distribute requests for information, verification letters, and background checks
Verify licensure, DEA registration, board certification, and malpractice insurance
Track and maintain expirables including licenses, DEA, and board certifications
Enter and maintain credentialing data in credentialing databases (Visual Cactus preferred) and state-level payer systems
Follow up on payer enrollment status, reappointments, demographic changes, and coverage updates
Maintain accurate, confidential, and organized provider credentialing files
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in payer enrollment, hospital credentialing, or physician credentialing
Knowledge of Joint Commission and credentialing standards
Strong data entry, organizational, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
Pay Details:
$20.00 to $25.00 per hour
