Key Responsibilities
Provide attentive one‑on‑one care and behavioral/developmental support to children aged 2‑6, emphasizing a nurturing and encouraging environment
Implement care plans under the guidance of our clinical team, ensuring they are suitable for the learning and growth of each child
Build and maintain relationships with children’s families
What The Job Is Like

Challenges: Demanding at times, routine care such as diaper changes
Qualifications
Interest in and experience working with children – we welcome diverse backgrounds and experiences
Preference given to those currently in a degree program or holding a degree
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center; punctuality is essential
Must meet the following physical requirements: sit and stand frequently, shift positions quickly, lift up to 50 lbs., sit/kneel on the floor for extended periods, sit in a chair, stand, walk, and occasionally run short distances
What We Offer
$21.50 - $28.50/hour with regular bonus and promotion opportunities; all staff members are considered every 3 months for a raise or promotion
