Base pay range $15.00/hr - $20.00/hr

to enforce governing documents, rules and guidelines for multiple Community Associations.
Job Responsibilities And Duties
Daily compliance tours of HOA communities
Maintain accurate records of homeowner files
Provide positive communication with homeowners by telephone and email
Investigate and follow‑up on complaints and concerns from homeowners
Plus other work related tasks as needed
