Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing general maintenance of buildings and grounds at HOA residential communities, under the direction of the Maintenance Director.
Duties include:
Perform routine maintenance.
Ensure completion of work orders using the work order system.
Perform general maintenance, janitorial, and grounds work.
Conduct periodic inspections of grounds, common area buildings, and structures.
General cleaning and upkeep of property.
Advise supervisor of needed repairs, improvements, and safety issues.
Trash removal.
Other work‑related tasks as needed.
Must be available for on‑call duties.
