Job Title Leadership Developer and Designer – Telework Hybrid (Staff Services Analyst) – Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) Headquarters, Sacramento.

Salary $3,861.00 - $6,464.00 per Month (minimum salary of classification; alternate range if applicable).

Work Location & Telework Telework Hybrid. Part‑time telework available. Telework requires California residency. Employees may be required to report to the office as needed.

Responsibilities Under the supervision of the Leadership Development & Design Manager, the incumbent will plan, organize, develop, analyze, and deliver e‑Learning content in the DMV University (DMV U) while providing consultative services to department program areas; review training functions and processes; and facilitate training using a variety of innovative methods.* See duty statement for more details.

Staff Services Analyst

Associate Governmental Program Analyst

Desirable Qualifications

Strong verbal presentation and interpersonal skills.

Effective writing and verbal communication skills.

Experience in content development (eLearning) and instructional methodology.

Knowledge of Learning Management Systems and collaboration across levels.

Ability to research, develop, and deliver course content.

Facilitation experience in person and virtually.

Familiarity with the ADDIE model of development.

Experience with e‑Learning authoring tools such as Captivate, Storyline, and Canva.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office desktop applications.

Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively; strong project management skills; capacity to manage multiple projects.
