What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Participate in product pre-sales engineering tasks including customer demonstrations and evaluations

Provide post-sales support including product turn-up, training, and customer inquiries

Collaborate with partners to define technical business problems for customers

Develop best practices and solutions, articulating the benefits of the employer's offerings

Maintain positive and lasting relationships with customers and log progress using Salesforce.com

What is Required (Qualifications):

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent

Expert-level understanding of communications networking operations and networking technologies

Positive attitude, reliability, and ability to work effectively in a virtual office environment

Excellent relationship-building and technical consultative selling skills

Technical skills in switching/routing setup, application-aware networks, and network management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

CCNP or CCIE certification

Ability to research and demonstrate solutions ROI for partners

Experience with NetFlow, FNF, IPFIX, Medianet, network security, and Wireless technologies

Strong written and oral communication presentation skills

Willingness to travel approximately 40-50% of the time
