What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Deliver customer technology training engagements from start to finish using prepared curriculum
Conduct online training sessions covering system functionality and best practices for customers
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop proficiency in technology solutions
Document and track training activities within the internal CRM / Project Management system
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as required
What is Required (Qualifications)
4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in customer training or implementation
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and project management skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, or similar tools
Technology/SaaS experience
Experience leading presentations or classroom training for technology or software products
Veterinary industry knowledge
