What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Deliver technology training engagements from start to finish using prepared curriculum on identified topics
Conduct online training sessions covering system functionality and best practices for customers adopting new technology
Collaborate closely with customers to ensure satisfaction and develop proficiency in technology solutions
Document and track training activities and progress within the internal CRM/Project Management system
Assist with technology solutions configurations based on established standard procedures
What is Required (Qualifications):
4-year degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience in a customer-facing role
Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in training, implementation, or customer support/service
Experience with Salesforce, ServiceNow, ZenDesk, or similar tools preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft O365 suite
Technology/SaaS experience preferred
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience leading presentations, public speaking, or classroom training for technology or software products
Ability to coach and train a diverse group of people, both virtually and in person
Passion for creating and sharing best practices via reliable, repeatable content
Veterinary industry knowledge a plus
