$25-28 per hour Base pay range

$25.00/hr - $28.00/hr Responsibilities

Provide exceptional technical assistance to customers in a fintech environment Check internal emails daily and respond to internal requests Resolve complex issues and troubleshoot bugs Escalate problems to the appropriate teams when needed Collaborate with other support specialists to assist internal clients Handle 3-5 incidents daily, using Jira for all activity Qualifications / Required Skills

Knowledge of Active Directory Experience with Jira ticketing systems Hands-on hardware support, shipping assets/equipment, and troubleshooting bugs Laptop support experience Job Function
