What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Assist the Provider Recruitment team with logistics throughout the recruitment process for physician and advanced practitioner candidates
Develop and maintain knowledge of practice models and regional communities to assist with candidate inquiries
Manage outbound communication campaigns for recruitment, including emails and mass communications
Coordinate candidate interviews, including travel and lodging arrangements for site visits
Continuously improve recruitment processes and maintain a resource library for provider recruitment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s Degree and at least one year of related experience
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
Proven track record of exceptional customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage at all organizational levels
Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous healthcare sales or recruiting experience
Demonstrated ability to conduct efficient Internet research
High energy level with adaptability to meet the needs of medical staff
Experience in managing off-site recruitment events
