Compensation and Benefits
Starting salary $33.73 per hour (experience dependent)
Tool allowance $1,000 after 1 year of service
Boot allowance $250 per year

Work Hours and Location Monday – Friday 3:30 pm – 12:00 am, with occasional Saturday overtime. You’ll work at our repair/maintenance shop at the Franklin, WI hauling site.
Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on trucks and equipment.
Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and new parts.
Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs).
Respond to emergency breakdown service calls.
Complete safety checks and document parts usage, repair times, and driver inspection reports.
Assist senior mechanics with project work.
Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Over 18 years of age, legally eligible to work in the United States.
Ability to perform physical requirements, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical.
Physical Demands Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing. Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes. Perform inside garage/plants and outside inclement weather.
