Diesel Mechanic

Starting salary: $28‑$30.00 per hour (depends on experience) Tool allowance: $400 quarterly Boot allowance: $150 twice a year Schedule & Location
Monday – Friday, 1:00 pm – 9:30 pm (no weekends) Stable hours for financial security and work‑life balance Repair/maintenance shop at West Sunbury, PA hauling site Responsibilities
Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake, and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment. Estimate time and material costs for vehicle repairs and parts. Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs). Respond to emergency breakdown service calls. Conduct safety checks on vehicles, prioritizing employee and community safety. Complete required paperwork, documenting parts usage and repair times. Assist senior mechanics with project work. Review and finalize repairs identified on Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports. Maintain a clean, safe work area in compliance with Corporate/OSHA standards. Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Over 18 years of age. Legal eligibility to work in the United States. Ability to perform physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations. Successful completion of pre‑employment drug screen and physical. Preferred Traits

Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping. Occasional sitting and balancing. Exposure to physical occupational risks (cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, etc.). Exposure to environmental elements (dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes).
