What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Manage the lifecycle of low to moderate risk vendor agreements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures
Negotiate basic business terms in accordance with prescribed templates and guidelines
Prepare and review routine responses for proposals, bids, and contract modifications
Maintain organized contract records and documentation to ensure business continuity
Communicate contract policies to internal teams and assist with issues related to assigned contracts
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
1-3 years of related business or contract experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Proficiency in contract lifecycle management and ERP systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Certification from National Contract Management Association (NCMA) or International Association for Contract and Commercial Management (IACCM) or similar credential preferred
