What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Manage day-to-day website operations within HubSpot CMS
Build and optimize HubSpot templates, modules, and landing pages using HubL programming
Ensure website security, accessibility, and performance standards are consistently met
Update and publish content aligned with brand and messaging guidelines
Collaborate with cross-functional teams using GitHub, Asana, and SharePoint
What is Required (Qualifications):
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Web Development, or related field
2–4 years of website management experience, preferably in a corporate or B2B setting
Proficiency with HubSpot CMS; HubL programming experience strongly preferred
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive design principles
Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Familiarity with Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, and BigQuery
Knowledge of OneTrust or similar compliance/privacy tools
Experience with LLMs (e.g., ChatGPT) for content creation and workflow efficiency
