Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance projects including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, landscaping, painting, and carpentry.
Maintain and repair walls, floor coverings, doors, windows, and furniture in common areas.
Paint apartments and common areas; clean and maintain carpet, floor coverings, and furniture.
Complete work orders timely and document safety issues and deficiencies.
Assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning of community vehicles.
Respond to accidents and emergencies per protocol.
Other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years of age.
1-3 years related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Demonstrated knowledge of building maintenance, electrical, mechanical, painting, plumbing, floor care, heating, and HVAC.
Preferred knowledge of fire suppression & irrigation systems.
Preferred motor vehicle maintenance ability.
Flexible; must work evenings and weekends as needed.
Physical Requirements This role involves frequent standing, walking, lifting up to 90 lbs, pushing/pulling, and other physical activities. Reasonable accommodations may be made.
