What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as required
Collaborate effectively with team members while also working independently
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections
Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong capability to maintain focus in a distraction-free environment
High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

Experience in a sales role within the insurance industry
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and performance metrics
Familiarity with various insurance products and services
