What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast‑paced environment

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

Adapt to changing business needs, with the expectation of office attendance for local candidates

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage a high volume of inbound calls

Strong capability to work independently as well as part of a team

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Inbound sales experience is a plus

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its products

Previous experience in a customer‑facing role requiring full attention

Ability to adapt to a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales environment
