What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed
Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle a high volume of calls
Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction-free environment
High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Previous experience in a customer-facing role within the insurance industry
Familiarity with sales processes and techniques in a competitive market
Experience with performance metrics and achieving sales goals
Proven ability to adapt quickly to changing circumstances and client needs
