What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment

Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also working independently

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of inbound calls

Capability to maintain all necessary state licenses

Strong attention to detail and a distraction‑free work environment is essential
