What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day

Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed

Collaborate effectively with team members while working independently

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, especially in negotiating and overcoming objections

Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Strong attention to detail and capability to maintain a distraction‑free work environment

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Experience in a customer‑facing role

Knowledge of the insurance industry and relevant regulations

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Familiarity with remote work technology and tools
