What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home insurance
Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections
Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role
Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable
Collaborate with team members while also working independently in a distraction-free environment
What is Required (Qualifications)
Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections
Previous sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience a plus
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage a high volume of calls
Strong independent work ethic alongside teamwork capabilities
High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum speeds
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in a customer-facing role that requires full attention and a distraction-free environment
Familiarity with sales processes in the insurance industry
