What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls daily in a customer‑facing role

Maintain necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

Work independently and collaboratively as part of a sales team

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections

Preferred sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking, with inbound sales experience as a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage high call volumes

Strong focus on maintaining a distraction‑free work environment

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload and download speeds

Experience in a customer‑facing role within the insurance industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and performance metrics

Familiarity with the insurance licensing process and requirements
