What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role

Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable

Collaborate effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, ideally in Insurance, Retail, or Banking

Proven ability to negotiate and overcome objections

Strong capability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Ability to maintain a distraction-free work environment, especially in a remote setting

High-speed broadband cable internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Sales experience in inbound sales is a plus

Familiarity with the insurance industry and related products

Experience working in a metric-driven, pay-for-performance sales organization

Prior experience in a customer service role with a focus on satisfaction

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and Saturdays
