What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home needs

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a fast-paced environment

Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships

Work independently and collaboratively within a team while ensuring a distraction-free environment

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming obstacles

Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong capability to work both independently and as part of a team

High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speed requirements

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Previous experience in a customer-facing role

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its sales processes

Proven track record of achieving sales goals and performance metrics

Experience with remote work environments and managing distractions effectively

Comfort with technology and sales software systems
