What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for auto and home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day

Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships

Collaborate effectively within a team while also working independently

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with a focus on negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail in a customer-facing role, requiring a distraction-free work environment

High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a sales role within the insurance industry

Familiarity with inbound sales techniques and customer relationship management

Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and requirements
