What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions to clients

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for the sale while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role

Maintain all state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as needed

Work independently while also being an effective team player

What is Required (Qualifications)

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, with comfort in negotiating and overcoming objections

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus

Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong attention to detail and capability to work in a distraction-free environment

High-speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Experience in a customer-facing role

Familiarity with the insurance industry and its regulations

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets

Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation
