Handle an average of 30‑40 inbound calls per day in a customer‑facing role

Work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment

Maintain all necessary state licenses and manage prior carrier relationships as applicable

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2 years of recent sales experience, particularly in Insurance, Retail, or Banking

Strong negotiation skills and ability to overcome objections

Capability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Must have a distraction‑free work environment for this customer‑facing role

High‑speed broadband internet service with specified minimum upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Inbound sales experience is a plus

Experience in the insurance industry is highly preferred
