What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

Provide comprehensive insurance solutions for personal auto and home

Evaluate risk and confidently ask for sales while overcoming objections

Handle an average of 30-40 inbound calls per day in a customer-facing role

Maintain all state licenses and terminate prior carrier relationships as applicable

Participate in ongoing training and development programs

What is Required (Qualifications):

Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience with strong negotiation skills

Sales experience in Insurance, Retail, or Banking is highly preferred

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Capability to work both independently and as part of a team

High-speed broadband internet service with specific upload/download speeds

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

Inbound sales experience is a plus

Familiarity with insurance products and services
